The per capita assessment for the fiscal year November 1, 2008 through October
31, 2009, as proposed by the Finance Committee of Grand Lodge, was adopted and
is fixed at $31.00.
Total registration for the 158th Annual Communication was 1,169, with 298 of 337
chartered lodges represented.
